Help with DrawingDesk
Opening and viewing drawings
Open or drag a PDF into DrawingDesk. For a demanding sheet, leave viewing mode on Automatic or try Fast Navigation, Balanced or Maximum Clarity in Settings.
Local optimisation
Use Optimise Current Page or Optimise Document before repeat review. Clear Local Optimisation Data if you need the space; this never deletes the source PDF.
Activation and devices
Use the same email used for purchase or seat assignment. Deactivate a device from your dashboard before activating a replacement. Office seats can be reassigned after the displayed 24-hour interval.
Student Edition
Currently enrolled students can apply on the Student Edition page using an institutional email. It is free for 12 months for one student and one Windows device, is restricted to educational/non-commercial use, identifies every commented-PDF export, and requires annual email re-verification. No student ID or identity-document upload is required.
Offline sites
DrawingDesk remains available for seven days after a successful signed licence validation. Connect briefly and choose Refresh Licence before extended site work.
Search and export
Search works with text stored in the PDF; image-only scans may need OCR first. Save a Commented PDF for visual output or export comments to CSV for a tabular record.

Email info@appvedalabs.shop with your account email, app version, Windows version and exact error message. Never send your password or full licence key. Do not attach confidential drawings unless your organisation permits it and support asks for a limited example.
