License Agreement

This agreement summarises DrawingDesk licence terms and usage limits.

Trial

The trial lasts 15 calendar days and permits one active device without payment.

Individual Licence

The Individual Licence lasts 12 months and permits one user on one active device.

Office / Group Licence

The Office / Group Licence lasts 12 months and includes ten floating seats. A seat may be released and reassigned from one PC to another after the 24-hour reassignment interval.

Student Edition

Student Edition is free for 12 months for a currently enrolled student verified through an institutional email. It permits one user and one active device for personal education, coursework, academic research and portfolio development only. Paid employment, consultancy, client deliverables, tender, construction, contractual and commercial issue are prohibited. Account sharing is prohibited. Every commented-PDF export includes a mandatory educational-use notice. Annual institutional-email re-verification is required; misuse may result in expiry or revocation. A paid licence takes precedence for future exports. Student details are processed only for eligibility, licence administration, misuse prevention and support; no student identity document is required.

Promotional licenses

One-year free coupons issue a 12-month license. Percentage coupons discount the normal plan term. Lifetime free promotional licenses are subject to the Terms of Use and service conditions, with at least one year guaranteed from issuance.

Offline validation

Offline use is available for up to seven days after the most recent successful signed server validation and never beyond license expiry.

Customer documents and compatibility

AppVeda Labs does not claim ownership of customer PDFs. Normal viewing remains local. PDF features and printer drivers vary, so identical behaviour for every document, page size or printer cannot be guaranteed.
