This draft explains the limited account and licensing information used by DrawingDesk.

Data collected

The licensing service stores account details, license and seat records, activation history, payment references and a hashed machine identifier.

Drawing files

DrawingDesk does not upload PDF drawings during normal desktop viewing, navigation, markup or export. PDF files remain local by default.

Payments

Payment credentials are handled by the selected payment provider. DrawingDesk does not store full card, UPI PIN or banking credentials.

Requests

Privacy and account-deletion requests may be sent to info@appvedalabs.shop. Some licensing and transaction records may need to be retained for legal or fraud-prevention purposes.
