For demonstrations, institutional introductions or office-level support. Final rates may depend on sales volume and involvement.

Commission is calculated on net revenue actually received by AppVeda Labs, excluding GST, refunds, chargebacks, duplicate payments, payment reversals and fraudulent transactions.

ATTRIBUTION

A documented 30-day journey

  • Every approved affiliate receives a unique code and referral link.
  • Standard attribution lasts 30 days using first-party referral storage.
  • Latest valid referral may receive attribution; coupon attribution may override it.
  • Self-referrals are not allowed. Inactive codes are rejected.
  • Disputes may be manually reviewed; browser privacy settings and technical limitations apply.

PAYOUTS

Monthly, with manual review

Commission is reviewed after payment verification and the refund period. Approved commissions target payment by the 15th of the following month.

  • Minimum threshold: ₹1,000; lower balances carry forward.
  • Indian partners may use UPI or bank transfer.
  • International methods may be considered where available.
  • Applicable TDS or withholding may be deducted.
  • Partners must provide accurate tax and payout details.
  • Payouts are manually processed initially.

AFFILIATE TERMS

DrawingDesk Partner Programme terms

Participation is subject to application review and written or electronic approval by AppVeda Labs. Submission of an application does not automatically create an affiliate, employment, agency, franchise, partnership or joint-venture relationship.

The relationship is non-exclusive. Partners must promote ethically and must not make misleading claims, spam, impersonate the brand, bid on protected brand keywords without permission, stuff cookies, generate artificial clicks or fake leads, self-refer, distribute unauthorised coupons, or facilitate fraudulent transactions.

Commission applies only to eligible, verified net revenue received by AppVeda Labs, excluding GST, refunds, chargebacks, duplicate payments, reversals and fraud. Refunds and chargebacks reduce or reverse commission, including by a later carry-forward adjustment where already paid.

The ₹1,000 payout threshold, applicable taxes and TDS apply. Partners are responsible for accurate payout and tax information. Approved commissions are processed manually each month; intellectual property may be used only in approved materials.

Confidential information must be protected. AppVeda Labs may investigate disputes and suspend or terminate accounts for violations. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. The programme and these terms are governed by Indian law.

Do I need a DrawingDesk account to apply?+

No. You can apply first. Approval securely links an existing account or sends an account invitation.

Are payouts automatic?+

No. Eligibility and commission calculation are automated, but an administrator reviews each payout and pays by UPI or bank transfer.

Can I refer myself?+

No. Purchases made by the affiliate’s own account are ineligible.

When does commission become payable?+

After verified payment, the applicable refund period, approval, and the ₹1,000 threshold.
